Now that you have a website, you might be interested in who is actually coming to your site. This information is easy to come by.
The way to do this is easy.. just log in to your control panel at
http://my-domain.com:2082/
Of course you replace "my-domain.com" with your domain name, input your user name and password.
Click on Web/FTP Stats (4th row down, 2nd column over) and you'll see a list of links. Click on the first one "Webalizer".
Take a few moments to read the rest of the links. Your server is set up to generate statistics every night at 12:01 am.
Not only do you get the stats on who is seeing your site but also who is linking to your site (Referrers), and "Agents". Interested in whether or not Google has your site indexed? Go to Agents and look for "Googlebot". If you see it, that means that Google's spider has crawled your site.
